ABOUT
The First National Bank (FNB) Towers celebrated its groundbreaking in 1973.
Jerry Gossen and Donald O’Rourke were the architects for the building.
Construction was completed in 1975 and First National Bank moved into its new quarters.
The City Club of Lafayette was founded shortly after and occupied the penthouse suite.
The building was renamed Chase Tower in the Fall of 2007.
It was a unique building when it was first constructed and is still the tallest building in all of Lafayette Parish
The towers has a gross square are of 223,948 square feet, 195,684 which is available for rental space.
